For weddings, book 6 to 12 months ahead, September and October Saturdays fill up first. Prom and graduation bookings should go in 3 to 4 months early, since the popular party buses and stretch limos get claimed fast. Airport transfers and corporate pickups usually only need 1 to 2 weeks. That said, if your date is close, call us anyway. We can often still make it work when other companies are booked out.

Stretch limos and party buses have a 3-hour minimum, which is standard across Ontario, that window covers vehicle prep, your event, and getting everyone home safely. Executive sedans and SUVs used for airport transfers or point-to-point trips usually have no minimum and can be booked as a single flat-rate run. Yes, a deposit secures your date and vehicle, and the balance is due before your event. For prom bookings specifically, a parent or guardian needs to place the reservation and provide the deposit. We put everything in writing before you pay a cent: the vehicle, the hours, the rate, and the cancellation terms. No surprises on either side.

Your quoted rate covers the vehicle, a professional chauffeur, fuel, and cleaning, the essentials, handled. Wedding and prom packages can add extras like décor, ribbons, or chilled water on request. The only things quoted separately are Ontario HST and gratuity (15–20% is customary for great service). We spell it all out upfront, so the number you're quoted is the number you pay.
