Most limo and party bus rentals in Ajax run between $100 and $250 per hour, depending on the vehicle and the date. An executive sedan for an airport run sits at the lower end. Ontario HST (13%) and gratuity aren't included in the hourly rate, and we'll always give you a flat, all-in quote before you book so there's no guesswork.

For weddings, book 6 to 12 months ahead, September and October Saturdays fill up first. Prom and graduation bookings should go in 3 to 4 months early, since the popular party buses and stretch limos get claimed fast. Airport transfers and corporate pickups usually only need 1 to 2 weeks. That said, if your date is close, call us anyway. We can often still make it work when other companies are booked out.

When you call, tell us your headcount and we'll match you to a vehicle with a little room to spare, nobody enjoys a cramped ride.

Stretch limos and party buses have a 3-hour minimum, which is standard across Ontario, that window covers vehicle prep, your event, and getting everyone home safely. Executive sedans and SUVs used for airport transfers or point-to-point trips usually have no minimum and can be booked as a single flat-rate run.
